2 medium size Bream from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets
3 large tomatoes, sliced or diced
Fresh oregano
Thyme
Slices of garlic
Salt
Pepper
1 large Lemon
1 1/2 cups olive oil

Purchase the cleaned fish from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.

Wash the fish and rub them with lemon (to remove the fish smell). Season well with salt and pepper on the outside of the fish and in the belly. Pour a glass of olive oil into a baking pan, place the fish inside, and on top put the garlic slices and tomatoes. Sprinkle with thyme and oregano, drizzle with the remaining oil and add some water.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve.
