Ingredients

Quantity:
1 kg Octopus, cut into small pieces
2 medium-sized Potatoes, cut into cubes
1 Carrot, thinly sliced
2 sticks Celery, thinly sliced
1 medium-sized White Onion, sliced
1 cup of dry White Wine
1/2 cup of Orange juice
1/2 cup of Olive Oil
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 Bay leaves
1 tsp Cumin
3-4 sprigs of fresh Thyme
Salt
Ground Black Pepper

Place the octopus, onions, potatoes, celery, carrot, thyme, bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin, olive oil, orange juice, wine, salt, pepper onto a baking tray and mix.

Cover with baking paper and aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Serve.
