Ingredients

8 Prawns size 8 – 12 from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

100 g Kataifi pastry

20 ml olive oil

10 g lemon zest

10 g garlic, grated

10 g ginger, grated

10 g parsley, finely chopped

Mustard sauce:
-
10 g honey
-
10 g mustard
-
20 ml lemon juice
-
60 ml olive oil
Instructions
Marinate the prawns in olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, ginger, parsley, salt and pepper.
Drizzle the Kataifi pastry with olive oil and wrap the prawns.
Bake the prawns in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes or so depending on the oven.
For the sauce; put the honey, mustard, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl and stir until smoothly mixed.
