4 whole Squid from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

Juice of one lemon

2 pinches of oregano

2 pinches of paprika

2 pinches of salt

1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
Purchase the cleaned Squid from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
Wash the squid and leave to drain or dry it well with kitchen paper.
Put the grill to heat up over the charcoal. Dip half a lemon in a little olive oil and rub it all over the grill. Put the squid on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Serve drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice, and sprinkled with the paprika, salt and oregano.
