Ingredients

Quantity:
1 cup Sea Bass (only the flesh without bones or skin) from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets
1 cup Shrimps, cleaned and finely chopped, from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets
1 cup béchamel
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
Flour
‏Corn oil for frying
Mayonnaise for serving

Purchase the cleaned Sea Bass and Prawns from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.

Cut the fish and prawns into pieces and boil them.

Combine the béchamel and the beaten egg in a bowl, then add the boiled sea bass, prawns, parsley, salt and pepper.

Refrigerate the fish croquette mixture until firm.

Shape the mixture into small balls, flour them lightly and fry them in corn oil. Drain on kitchen paper to remove the excess oil and serve with mayonnaise.
