2 Sea Bream, 300-600 g each, from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons mustard

1 teaspoon honey

1/2 cup olive oil

Salt

Instructions
Purchase the cleaned Bream from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
Wash and salt the bream, inside and out, and place them in a greased baking tray.
Finely chop the parsley and put into a bowl. Add the balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. Beat well to make a thick sauce and then pour over the bream.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
Serve immediately.
