1 kg Sardines from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

Corn Flour

Salt

Olive Oil
Instructions
Purchase the cleaned Sardines from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
Wash the sardines under plenty of water, salt them and leave them to drain in a colander.
Put the oil to heat up in a non-stick frying pan. Then flour the sardines and place them in the pan next to each other. Fry them for 2-3 minutes on each side, remove and place on absorbent kitchen paper.
Serve with plenty of lemon.
