1 fresh Bream from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Juice of a lemon
6 potatoes, cut into large pieces (or whole if small potatoes)
750 g frozen artichokes
Rosemary

Purchase the bream cleaned, internally and externally, from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.

Cut the potatoes and artichokes into small pieces. Season them with salt and pepper and pour olive oil and lemon juice over them. In the same way, season the fish with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Place them in a baking tray with the bay leaf and rosemary.

Bake the fish at 180°C for about 40 minutes.

Garnish with lemon slices and drizzle with olive oil.
