Ingredients

2 fillets of Fresh Salmon from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

2 small sprigs rosemary

Salt

Pepper
Instructions
Each fillet requires a piece of aluminium foil and a piece of greaseproof paper.
First spread out the aluminium foil and place the greaseproof paper on top. Then place the salmon fillet on them and put a sprig of rosemary on top.
Add salt and plenty of pepper.
Finally, wrap up each fillet into a pyramid shape. Make sure it is tightly closed, so that during baking all the steam stays inside the package.
Preheat the oven 250°C.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes.
