Ingredients

1 Sea Bream from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/3 bunch parsley, finely chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup white wine

1/2 cup water
-
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes

2 tablespoons black olives, without stones

1 tablespoon capers in brine

Salt

Pepper (optional)
Instructions
Purchase the cleaned Bream from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Then finely chop the parsley and garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic, cherry tomatoes and parsley. Then add the chilli, olives and capers.
Place the sea bream in the pan on top of the other ingredients and leave to brown. Add the wine, water and a little salt.
Finally, add all the remaining ingredients and cover the pan. Cook for 20 minutes.
Serve the bream with the sauce.
