500gr. Tuna from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

1/2 cup coriander leaves

1/4 cup corn flour

2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce

1 egg, lightly beaten

3 spring onions, finely chopped

50gr. green beans

1/3 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
Ask at one of the Blue Island Fish Markets for the Tuna to be sliced.
Mix the fish well in a mixer. Then add the egg, coriander, and sweet chilli sauce to the mixer, and blend all the ingredients together.
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Add the onions and green beans and stir until theingredients are completely mixed together.
Divide the mixture into 8 pieces, forming them into balls. Press and squeeze each one to form the burgers.
Coat the burgers in corn flour.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan on a medium heat.
Place 2-3 patties in the pan and cook each side for about 4 minutes. Repeat the process for the remaining burgers.
Drizzle with lemon and serve along with a small bowl of sweet chilli sauce and salad of your choice.
