Ingredients

Quantity:
Ingredients for the Sauce:
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 red Bell peppers, cut into small cubes
2 large Tomatoes, cut into small cubes
1 clove of Garlic, chopped
1/3 tsp dried Basil
1/3 tsp sweet Paprika
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Ingredients for the Prawns:
1 kg small prawns, peeled
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 Spring Onions, finely chopped
1 package Conchiglie pasta (cooked according to package instructions)
1 tbsp Chives, finely chopped
Red Bell Pepper and Tomato sauce (the sauce we made)

Μethod for the Sauce:

Pour the olive oil into a pan and sauté the garlic until soft. Add the bell peppers and tomatoes and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Add the basil, paprika, season with salt and pepper, cook for another 2 minutes and remove them from the heat. Transfer the mixture into a blender bowl and blend until smooth.

Method for the Prawns:

Pour the olive oil into a deep-frying pan and place over medium high heat. Sauté the spring onion until soft, add the prawns and mix. Cook for two minutes and then add the sauce and the conchiglie. Finally, add the chives and season with salt.

Serve.
