Ingredients

Quantity:
4 fillets of Swordfish without the skin from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets
1 avocado
1 tablespoon red pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 onion cut into small pieces
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 tablespoon fresh coriander
Vinegar
Crab sticks, cut into cubes
Salt
Pepper

Marinate the swordfish fillets in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper, lemon juice and lemon zest.

Heat the frying pan and cook the fish fillets for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Once cooked, place them in a large dish.

Put the avocado, the pepper, the spring onion, the hot sauce, the coriander, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, crab legs, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir until all the ingredients are mixed together.

Then put the mixture over the swordfish.

Serve hot.
