Ingredients

200 g Tuna Fillets from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.

100 g spaghetti

20 ml olive oil

100 g tomato sauce

10 g dried oregano

50 ml Ouzo
-
30 ml white wine
-
50 g finely chopped onion

10 g garlic
-
50 g Feta cheese
-
Basil leaves
Instructions
Cut up the tuna into medium sized cubes. If so desired, this can be done on request at the Blue Island Fish Market.
Boil the spaghetti in salted water until cooked al dente.
Put the olive oil into a heated frying pan, then add the tuna.
Add the chopped onion and garlic.
Flambé with the ouzo, then douse with the wine.
Finally, add the tomato sauce.
Add the spaghetti, basil, oregano and stir into the sauce.
Serve with grated feta and basil leaves.
