Quantity:
2 Salmon fillets (200 g each) from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets
1 pack tagliatelle
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 shot Ouzo
1 bowl spinach
Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 glass coconut cream
Fresh basil leaves (for serving)
Sea Salt
Ground black pepper

Purchase the fresh Salmon fillets from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.

Cook the tagliatelle in a pan of salted water, following the instructions on the packet.

Cut each salmon fillet into eight pieces. Then fry them in a deep frying pan in olive oil for two minutes. Then add the spring onions, mustard, honey and season with salt and pepper. Stir gently and douse with the Ouzo. Add the coconut cream and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Finally, add the spinach and tagliatelle and stir. Season with salt and pepper if necessary, and serve with the fresh basil leaves.
