1kg Cuttlefish from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

20 small onions, peeled

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/2 cup olive oil

1 cup white wine

1 cinnamon stick

10 black peppercorns

5 cloves

2 bay leaves

200gr. village pasta, boiled

100gr. broccoli, boiled

8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

30gr. Parmesan cheese, grated

2 spring onions, finely chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt
-
Pepper
Instructions
Purchase the cleaned cuttlefish from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
Wash, dry with kitchen paper and cut the cuttlefish into 6 pieces.
Put a saucepan with olive oil on a high heat and when it warms up sauté the garlic and spring onions. Add the cuttlefish, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves and peppercorns. Stir well.
Then douse with wine and cover the pan. Cook for 1 hour on a low heat.
Put 1 tablespoon olive oil in a frying pan and when hot, fry the spring onion until golden brown. Add the cherry tomatoes, pasta, broccoli, and then add the cuttlefish, Parmesan, salt, pepper and stir well.
