Avocado Dip Ingredients:

2 Avocados, peeled

1 tbsp strained Yogurt

2 tbsp Olive oil`

Juice of a Lemon

Juice of a Lime

Salt

Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Place the fillets into a bowl, add the olive oil, zest and orange juice and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the kataifi by hand to form long strips, place the fillets one by one and wrap them carefully inside.
Place them on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 170 ℃ for 10 – 12 minutes until golden brown.
For the Avocado Dip:
Place the avocados, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and lemon zest into a blender bowl and season with salt and pepper. Blend into a smooth and velvety dip.
