Ingredients

1 Sea Bass fillet from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

200gr. Yoghurt

100gr. coconut milk

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 Zest and juice of a lime

1/3 fresh chilli, finely chopped

1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 teaspoon turmeric
-
10 sprigs fresh coriander, finely chopped

2 teaspoons Tandoori spice mix

Salt

200gr. green beans
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Purchase the fillet without bones from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
In a bowl add the yoghurt, coconut milk, tandoori, turmeric, chili, ginger, garlic, coriander and salt. Then add the zest and juice from the lime and mix it well.
Marinate the fillet well from both sides.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Sauté the green beans in olive oil in a frying pan. Add salt and pepper.
Serve the green beans on plates and lay out the sea bass on top.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and serve hot.
