2 Sea Bass fillets from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

10g orange zest

10g lemon zest

5g ginger, grated

5g garlic, grated

5 ml olive oil

10g parsley, finely chopped

For the teriyaki sauce:

30 ml Soy sauce
-
30 ml Mirin
-
30g Sugar
-
10g Corn flour (diluted in water)
Instructions
Purchase the fresh fillets of Sea Bass from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
Cut the fish into a uniform shape and marinate it with orange zest, lemon zest, grated ginger, grated garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley
Put a little olive oil in a hot non-stick frying pan and cook the fish for about 5 minutes on each side.
Teriyaki sauce method:
Put all the ingredients in a small frying pan to heat up and then bind with the corn flour.
