Ingredients

4 Sea Bream fillets

1 medium-sized Potato, steamed or boiled

4 Tortillas

2 Spring Onions, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh Coriander, chopped

Zest and Juice of half a Lemon

Zest and juice of half a Lime

2 Tbsp of Mayonnaise

A little Mayonnaise for the Tortillas

2 Tbsp Chopped Pickled Cappers

Salt

Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Season the sea bream fillets with salt and pepper and place them onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, with the skin side up. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 8 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the skin with a fork and set aside to cool.
In the meantime, place the potato into a bowl and mash. Add the onion, coriander, lemon juice and zest, lime juice and zest, garlic, mayonnaise and finally the bream fillets.
Mix and adjust the taste with salt and pepper if necessary. Spread a little mayonnaise on the tortillas, pour the mixture on top and wrap.
