2 Sea Bass, cleaned
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
1 green apple, thinly sliced
1 pear, thinly sliced
5-6 sprigs fresh thyme
Salt  
Pepper

Wash and dry the Sea Bass.

Salt and pepper the fish both on the inside and the outside. Inside the belly of the fish, put one cinnamon stick, one star anise, 3 – 4 slices of apple, 3 – 4 slices of pear and 2 – 3 sprigs of fresh thyme.

Lay a sheet of baking paper on an oven-proof tray and place the fish on it. Add a slice of butter to each fish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes.

Serve with rice and grilled vegetables.
