Ingredients

4 fillets of Swordfish without the skin from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

Avocado

1 tablespoon red pepper

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

onion cut into small pieces

6 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon chilli sauce

1 tablespoon fresh coriander

Vinegar
-
Crab sticks, cut into cubes

Salt

Pepper
Instructions
Rub the swordfish fillets with salt and pepper, and gently coat with a little olive oil.
Heat up the grill and cook the fillets for 4 minutes on each side.
As soon as they are cooked, put each fillet on a plate.
Blend the avocado, onion, coriander, peppers, vinegar, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, crab sticks and the chilli sauce in a bowl.
Next, pour the mixture over the swordfish.
Serve straight away to enjoy the full flavour!
