10 Red Crabs from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

Flour (for the frying)

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil for frying

Lemon
-
Fresh oregano

Oil and lemon sauce
Instructions
Wash and drain the crab well. Season with salt and pepper, flour and fry in plenty of very hot olive oil for about 8 to 10 minutes. Stir carefully while frying to ensure that they brown evenly.
Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a platter with absorbent paper.
Garnish with lemon slices, oil and lemon sauce, and fresh oregano.
