2 large Sea Bream (or Grouper or Red Porgy) from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

Mixed herbs (dill, thyme, parsley, finely chopped)

2 Lemons

Instructions
Purchase the fresh, cleaned sea bream from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
Prepare the charcoal for the barbecue and season the sea bream with salt and pepper. Drizzle the fish with olive oil and place on the grill, cook for ten minutes on both sides.
Finally, sprinkle with lemon juice and the herbs.
