3 medium size Common Pandora from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

1/2 cup olive oil

A little flour

4 sprigs parsley, finely chopped

2 Juice of 2 lemons

Salt

Pepper
Instructions
Purchase the cleaned fish from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
Prepare the grill for the charcoal or the electric one.
Season the fish with salt and pepper and sprinkle with flour. Then, grease the fish with olive oil and grill for 6 to 7 minutes on each side.
For the oil and lemon sauce: Beat the olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl, then add the chopped parsley and the salt and pepper.
As soon as the snappers are cooked, put them on a platter and pour the oil and lemon sauce over them.
Serve hot immediately.
