Ingredients

2 Bream from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

10 ml olive oil

10 ml lemon juice

Salt

For the sauce:

100gr. butter
-
1 cup white wine
-
20 gr. onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup cream
-
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Purchase the cleaned Bream from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
Marinate the sea bream with salt, lemon juice and olive oil.
Bake in a medium oven for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce as follows:
Bring the wine, onion and salt to the boil, add the cream, simmer for 5 minutes and add the butter. Let it thicken a little, add the parsley and beat in a blender.
Roll out the baked sea bream, remove the bones, place on a platter and put the sauce on top.
Serve with potatoes and spinach.
