1 Sea Bream from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets
1 cup Feta cheese
3gr. oregano
1 tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cup tomato, grated
6 vine leaves
Salt
Black pepper

Purchase the cleaned sea bream from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.

Finely chop the tomato and crumble the feta by hand. Then add the oregano and stir the mixture.

Wash and dry the sea bream, then stuff it with the mixture.

Next open out 2-3 of the vine leaves and put the sea bream onto them. Sprinkle the grated tomato onto the sea bream and then wrap with the vine leaves. If necessary, put 1-2 more vine leaves on top.

Place in an oven dish and cover with aluminium foil.

Cook in the oven at 180°C for about half an hour.
