Ingredients

Quantity:
500 g fresh Tuna fillet from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets
Juice of 4 lemons
1 lemon, sliced
1/2 cup capers
Dill
Salt
Pepper
1 cup white wine
Olive oil
100 g flour
100 g green beans, boiled

Purchase the Tuna in small fillets from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.

Marinate the tuna for 12 hours in olive oil and lemon. Cover with cling film and refrigerate.

Then, flour the fillets and fry them in a hot frying pan. Then add the lemon slices to fry as well. Add the capers, lemon juice and wine. Season with salt and pepper and allow it to set. The flour combined with the liquids will produce a thick sauce.

Serve with boiled green beans and sprinkled with dill.
