6-7 sprigs Fresh Thyme
Salt
Freshly ground black Pepper
1 bowl of boiled Black-eyed Beans
Salad
1 packet of mixed Green Lettuce
3 sticks Celery, thinly sliced
1 Green Apple, thinly sliced
1 Fennel, thinly sliced
2-3 Radishes, thinly sliced
Dried Apricots, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt

Visit a Blue Island Fish Market for your fresh Grouper steak

 

Place the grouper steaks on a plate and marinate them with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium to high heat, add the olive oil, and grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Remove them from the skillet and place onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Continue cooking in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 8-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the black-eyed beans according to package instructions and gently mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl.

Serve the steaks with the green salad and the black-eyed beans.
