Ingredients

1 kg. fresh Tuna fillet from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

1/2 bunch of celery, finely chopped

3 onions, sliced

4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

4 potatoes, cut into small squares

2 carrots, cut into round slices

5 spring onions, cut into round slices

1/2 cup olive oil
-
Thyme or oregano
-
Salt

Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Purchase the Tuna fillet from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
Chop the vegetables and potatoes in a bowl (as required by the recipe) and season with salt and pepper. Wash the fillet and season with salt and pepper.
In an oblong baking dish or ovenproof dish, lay half the chopped vegetables.
Place the fish on top of the vegetable layer and then cover it with the rest of the vegetables.
Drizzle with olive oil, add a little water (about ½ cup), and finally thyme or oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour, until golden-brown and still with the oil.
