Ingredients

6 medium size, cleaned Shrimps from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

50 g Swordfish fillet, cut into cubes, from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

6 green Mussels from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

20 ml olive oil

1 medium size onion, diced

3 coloured peppers, diced

50 g peas
-
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

100 g rice cooked in Kozani saffron

20 g basil, finely chopped
Instructions
Ask at one of the Blue Island Fish Markets for the prawns to be cleaned and for the swordfish to be cut into cubes.
Put the olive oil in a hot frying pan, then add the prawns and swordfish, cook until golden then remove.
Add the onion, garlic, peppers and peas to the frying pan.
Then, add the mussels and put the prawns and swordfish back in the frying pan.
Add the rice cooked in Kozani saffron.
Let the rice warm up for 2 minutes and add the chopped basil
Serve immediately.
