Ingredients

2 Bream fillets(without the skin)

1/2 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 shot Limoncello
-
Zest of 1 lime
-
Juice of 1 lime

1 bowl fresh coriander leaves

1 tablespoons tablespoon dill, finely chopped

1 Passion fruit
-
Salt
-
Ground black pepper
-
Sweet paprika
Instructions
Purchase the cleaned fresh Bream fillets from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets
Cut the fillets into thin slices and place them in a circle on a platter next to each other.
Put the olive oil, mustard, Limoncello, lime zest and juice, salt, pepper, dill and coriander in a blender. Beat until it is a smooth, thick mixture. Pour over the bream fillets.
Then sprinkle with the sweet paprika, garnish with coriander leaves and with a spoon put the passion fruit on top.
Serve.
