Ingredients

120 g Squid rings from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

100 g lentils

A little spring onion

1 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped

2 tablespoons orange juice

Sesame oil

Lemon juice

1 Bay leaf

Florina peppers, grilled

Salt
-
Pepper
-
Olive oil
Instructions
Put the lentils and bay leaves in a saucepan and cover with water. Boil until soft and allow to cool immediately.
Then season the squid with salt and pepper and cook in a pan with a little olive oil for a few minutes, until tender.
Then mix the lentils, spring onion, coriander, dill, squid, juices, sesame oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with a row of the Florina peppers.
