1-1.5 kg Striped Red Mullet from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

1 1/2 cups Flour

1 cup Olive Oil

Salt

Pepper

Lemon
Instructions
Purchase the cleaned fish from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
Wash and dry the fish. Then season with salt and pepper and put them in a container with flour. Then shake to remove any excess flour.
Heat the oil and fry for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Finally, remove the fish from the frying pan and place on absorbent paper.
Drizzle with lemon and serve hot.
