2 Fresh Salmon fillets from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

5 g sesame oil

30 g honey

10 g ginger

1 teaspoon paprika

50 g coarse mustard (with seeds)

1/2 teaspoon hot chilli flakes

Salt
Instructions
Cover all the surface of a glass oven-dish with aluminium foil and put baking paper on top of that.
Put the fish fillets in the dish with the skin at the bottom.
Mix the ginger, chili flakes, mustard, sesame oil, paprika, salt and honey in a blender.
Spread the thick mixture over the fish fillets.
Preheat the oven to 250°C.
Bake for about 17 minutes without covering the dish.
