1 kg Red Mullet from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

1 1/2 cups flour

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
Purchase the cleaned Red Mullet from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
Wash and dry the fish. Next, season with salt and pepper and place in a container with flour. Shake off any excess flour and lay out the fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Drizzle the fish with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown.
Serve hot.
