Ingredients
-
3-4 Tuna fillets (about 200 g each) from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets
-
For the sauce
-
1/2 cup honey
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
1/4 cup soy sauce
-
1/2 teaspoon pink peppercorns
-
1/4 teaspoon cumin
-
1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
-
Salt
-
Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Put the honey, olive oil, soy sauce, pink pepper, cumin, and ginger in a bowl and mix well.
Wash and wipe the fillets well. Brush with a quantity of the prepared honey mixture. Leave the rest of the dressing to one side.
Add olive oil to the grill pan and put the fillets in. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side (depending on their thickness), until nicely browned and cooked inside, without drying out. Serve hot immediately, with a variety of green salads, drizzled with the rest of the honey mixture and seasoned with salt and pepper.
The salad can be lettuce of various kinds, rocket, spinach, etc.
Tip: the recipe is just as tasty using salmon instead of tuna.
Bon appétit!
