Ingredients

400 g Red Tuna fillet, cut into cubes

1 sweet red pepper, cut into cubes

1 yellow sweet yellow pepper, cut into cubes

1 red onion, cut into cubes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped

Wild rice
-
Salt
-
Ground black pepper
Instructions
Mix the tuna and the olive oil, dill, salt and pepper in a bowl. Slide the tuna cubes carefully onto wooden skewers putting vegetables alternately in-between.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8 to 10 minutes.
At the same time, prepare the wild rice following the instructions on the packet.
Serve with the rice.
