Instructions
Visit a Blue Island Fish Market for your fresh Tuna steak.
Lay the lettuce hearts on a plate and start arranging the ingredients one by one around them, leaving space in the middle for the tuna steak.
On another plate, place the tuna steaks and marinate them with lemon zest, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium to high heat, and when hot, place the tuna steaks. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. When flipping the steaks, add lemon juice and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Do not exceed the recommended cooking time to keep the tuna from drying out and remaining juicy. Finally, remove from the skillet and serve with the salad.
