Ingredients

400 g fish fillet, Grouper or Sea Bream, in pieces, from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

15 cleaned Prawns from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

1/4 cup olive oil

3 spring onions, finely chopped

2 1/2 cups Orzo pasta (Kritharaki)

1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped

1 litre fish or vegetable stock

Salt

Pepper
Instructions
Purchase the seafood cleaned and the fish fillets with the bones removed from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
Sauté the fish and prawns in a frying pan with oil for 2-3 minutes until they change colour. Add the orzo pasta (Kritharaki) and stir until well coated in oil.
Pour the contents of the pan into an oven proof glass dish. Add the other ingredients and stir.
Bake the food at 180°C for about 40 minutes, until the orzo thickens.
