1/2 tsp Cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp Water)

Basmati Rice

200 grams of Basmati Rice

400 grams Water

1 Chamomile Tea bag

Vegetables

1 tbsp Olive Oil

2 Carrots, sliced

1/2 Broccoli, cut into small pieces

2 Green Zucchinis, sliced

Instructions
Visit a Blue Island Fish Market for your fresh Salmon steak.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sesame oil. Add the salmon steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
After flipping them once, add the ginger and spring onion. Cook for two minutes, then add white wine. Allow the alcohol to evaporate, then add the soy sauce.
Once it boils, add the cornstarch mixture and stir gently until the sauce thickens.
Serve the Salmon Steaks with the rice and steamed vegetables.
