Ingredients

200 g Striped Red Mullet fillet from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

6-7 sheets for spring rolls

30 g white cabbage

1 spring onion

1 green pepper
-
1 red pepper

1 tablespoon soy sauce

10 g fresh ginger, grated

10 ml olive oil

10 ml sesame oil
-
50 ml sweet chilli sauce

Oil for frying

10 g corn flour
-
5 g sesame seeds

Salt
Instructions
Cut the vegetables into thin strips and finely chop the onion.
In a little sesame oil, fry the vegetables and onion. Add the soy sauce mixed with a little ginger and cook for 3 minutes.
Allow the mixture to cool for 10 minutes.
Drizzle the fish with a little olive oil and sprinkle with fresh ginger.
Place a spring roll sheet on a flat surface and put some stuffing at the side, a fish fillet on top and roll it up diagonally.
Stick the sheet together using corn flour diluted in a little water.
Fry in hot oil.
Serve with sweet chili sauce.
Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion.
