Ingredients

1 kg Mussels from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

2 cups white wine

3 onions

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1/2 small bunch parsley
Instructions
Throw away the already open or broken mussels.
Scrub the shells very well with a stiff brush and then wash the mussels thoroughly with running water. Then let them drain.
Put the chopped onions, half the parsley, wine and mussels in a pan. Close the lid and let the mussels boil on a high heat for 8-10 minutes.
Serve the mussels garnished with the remaining parsley and add salt and pepper.
