Ingredients

1 kg cleaned Saddled Sea Bream from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

Salt

100 ml olive oil

5 ripe tomatoes

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/2 tablespoon fresh oregano, finely chopped

1/2 tablespoon fresh marjoram, finely chopped

2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
Purchase the cleaned fish from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.
Let the grill get well heated.
Grease the fish with the oil and sprinkle with salt. Place them on the grill. Place the salted tomatoes on the same grill.
Bake the fish (turning them twice), for about 10 minutes (how long depends on their size) along with the tomatoes, until golden brown and tender.
When the tomatoes are cooked, mash them with a fork on a platter. Add some olive oil, garlic, oregano and marjoram. When the fish is ready, put the tomato pulp on top of them and drizzle with a little lemon juice.
