Ingredients

1 kg cleaned Anchovies from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

2 large ripe tomatoes

2 large green peppers

300 g Feta cheese

Salt
-
Pepper
-
Oregano
-
Olive oil
Instructions
Wash the anchovies well and drain them in a colander. Put tomato rings and chopped green pepper in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with salt and oregano. Then lay the anchovies on top and sprinkle the grated Feta cheese on top of that. Finally, drizzle with olive oil.
Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
