Ingredients

1 kg of cleaned Picarel or Silverside from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

3 onions sliced into rings

Parsley
-
Oregano
-
Salt
-
Pepper

Flour

Oil for frying
Instructions
Wash and drain the fish and then season with salt and pepper.
Then, put the flour in a bowl along with the oregano and flour the picarel.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and carefully place the fish in the pan. Place the onion rings and parsley on top of the fish.
Leave for 2-3 minutes and then turn them over. Leave for a few minutes to cook on the side with the onion, taking care not to let them burn!
Serve hot with a salad of your choice.
