Ingredients

Quantity:
1 kg cleaned Sea Bream from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets
1 lemons
20 ml olive oil (or good quality seed oil) for frying
1/3 bunch parsley
1 tomato sauce
2 kg coarse salt
20 g corn flour
1 cup water

Purchase the cleaned fish from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets.  

Stuff the fish with the parsley, lemon and tomato slices

Mix the water with the corn flour in a basin.

Add the corn flour to the salt

Cover the fish with the salt mixture and bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour (depending on the oven) at 170°C.

Drizzle with 20 ml of olive oil.
