Ingredients

4 Cod fillets (about 130 g each) from one of the Blue Island Fish Markets

1 Zest and juice of a medium size lemon

1/2 cup of crushed almonds

1 teaspoon dill

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt

Pepper

1 teaspoon chilli powder

4 teaspoon mustard
Instructions
Gently wipe the cod fillets with kitchen paper so that they are completely dry.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the lemon zest, lemon juice, crushed almonds, dill, oil, salt, pepper and chilli powder in a plastic bowl.
Then, brush the cod fillets with mustard and sprinkle each fillet with the mixture of crushed almonds and the rest of the ingredients. Press lightly with your hands so that the almonds stick to the surface of the mustard.
Put the fish on baking paper on a non-stick baking tray and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the thickness of the fillets.
